I  didn’t set out to be a coach. I set out to be a teacher, a music therapist, a community builder — and somewhere along the way, people just kept showing up at my door. (acquaintances, not perfect strangers, lols!) I’d invite them in for tea, we’d start talking, and by the time the cup was empty, something had shifted. Dreams that felt impossible suddenly felt inevitable. Not because I pushed — but because my curiosity and my belief in people made their own belief possible.

Years of that. Decades of that. Until I finally discovered that what I’d always been doing had a name.

Now a certified pleasure coach and trauma-informed practitioner, I work with women who are ready to stop waiting for the “right moment” to chase their dreams — and start building them right now, in the life they already have. You don’t have to run away to the circus to build the business, write the book, or produce the art show. You just need someone in your corner who already believes you can. That's always been me.
